Arcvia provides engineering and planning services only under a written engagement that sets out the scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees and terms for that project. No advice, duty of care or client relationship arises from reading this website, sending an enquiry, or from preliminary discussions before an engagement is agreed. Our reports and advice are prepared for the named client and the stated purpose, and should not be relied on by anyone else or reused on a different project. Extracts taken out of the context of the full deliverable may be misleading.
Registrations and accreditations
The registrations and qualifications relevant to your project are confirmed in writing before work begins, and we do not undertake work we are not entitled to perform. Registration requirements differ by jurisdiction: Queensland requires registration under the Professional Engineers Act 2002 (Qld), and Victoria requires registration under the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 (Vic) for the prescribed areas of engineering. If you need this confirmed before appointing us, ask at proposal stage and we will set it out for your project.
