Privacy Policy

How Arcvia collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated 10 September 2026.

What we collect

We collect the personal information you give us through our enquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the project details you choose to share — along with anything you send us by email. Our hosting provider keeps standard server and security logs, which can include IP addresses. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; your theme preference and your analytics consent choice are stored in your browser's local storage, on your own device. Analytics is not currently enabled, and if we enable it a banner will ask for your consent before anything is measured.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare fee proposals, deliver the services you engage us for, and keep ordinary business records. We may contact you about the enquiry or project you raised. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent; any commercial electronic message we send will identify us and include a working unsubscribe option, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.

Enquiry forms and uploads

Our forms ask for your name, email, phone, organisation and a description of your project or enquiry, and you must tick the consent box before submitting. Submissions are emailed to us through Resend, our email delivery provider, and are never published on this site. File uploads are switched off, so no drawings or documents are stored through this website — please send project files by email once we are in contact. The forms also use a hidden anti-spam field, which collects nothing about you.

Storage and security

Enquiry details are held in our email system and business records, and are kept only for as long as we need them for the enquiry, the engagement and our record-keeping obligations. We use reputable providers, limit access to the people who need it, and serve this site over an encrypted connection. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you think your information may have been compromised, email us at admin@arcvia.com.au.

Overseas disclosure

This website is hosted on Vercel, with its server functions configured to run in Vercel's Sydney region. Vercel is a United States company and Resend, which delivers our enquiry emails, is also a United States provider, so your information may be stored, processed or accessed overseas. By sending us an enquiry you consent to your information being handled this way. We do not otherwise disclose personal information overseas.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@arcvia.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days, and we will tell you if we cannot do what you have asked and why. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please raise it with us first so we can try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
